CCPA Disclosure

This disclosure supplements the AutoBenefit1 Privacy Notice for California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to F1 Health LLC or AutoBenefit1, this page describes categories of personal information we handle and rights that may be available.

Categories of personal information

Depending on your interactions, we may handle identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, mobile number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code; vehicle-related information such as vehicle type; internet or electronic network activity such as IP address, browser/device information, referral information, and site activity; customer-service communications; and preference or consent records such as account/service SMS consent, marketing SMS consent, Terms/Privacy acceptance, and opt-out status.

Our standard registration form does not request a Social Security number, payment-card number, driver’s-license number, date of birth, precise geolocation, or insurance-policy number.

Sources and business purposes

We collect information directly from consumers and from ordinary website/server interactions. We use it to provide requested auto information, administer registrations and communications, provide support, operate and secure the site, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sale and sharing

Based on the current stated practices, AutoBenefit1 / F1 Health LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers and contractors

We may disclose information to service providers or contractors that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email or SMS delivery, customer support, security, data storage, fraud prevention, or fulfillment of requested services. Those parties are expected to use information for contracted services or as otherwise permitted by law.

Your California rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to request disclosure of categories or specific pieces of personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.

How to make a request

Email support@autobenefit1.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” For marketing communications, you may also use our Opt Out page. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.

We respond to verified requests within applicable legal timeframes.
